REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - NQ+ - NEWCASTLE

THE FIRM

THE ROLE

You will be part of a large and ambitious national real estate team
As an NQ you will have the opportunity to work on a range of real estate matters from acquisitions and disposals, development work and asset management work for investors, to corporate support and real estate finance
You will work for a hugely diverse client base that are represented in both the private and public sectors, such as commercial developers, regeneration companies, household names in house building and retail, as well as offices, shopping centres and industrial/warehouse schemes
You will assist Partners and Senior team members with a number of high value and high profile matters, so this is an excellent opportunity for you to work with the best in their field

THE REQUIREMENTS

You will be a recently qualified or soon to be qualified Solicitor with a seat in Real Estate, or previous Paralegal experience in Real Estate
A genuine passion and enthusiasm for real estate is what they are looking for
