When you join Elysium as a newly qualified RMN/RGN/RNLD, you are automatically enrolled onto the RCN-accredited Preceptorship Academy. That’s 12 months of expert support, training and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real life situations.

You will be developed to grow into a confident, autonomous professional with refined skills, values and behaviours. That’s on top of your new role helping to change the lives of others and making a difference.

As a qualified nurse you work 37.5 hours per week (12 hour shifts) at Cotswold Spa, where you will ensure people diagnosed with Eating Disorders receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

Cotswold Spa is a specialist eating disorder service located in Broadway, Worcestershire for young people aged between 13 and 25 years which offers both inpatient and day patient treatment programmes.

The hospital is situated in the picturesque village of Broadway, Worcestershire, close to the Cotswold Way, The area boasts natural beauty with Cheltenham to the South and Warwick to the North.

The service is for young people of all genders with an eating disorder, predominantly:

Bulimia Nervosa

Anorexia Nervosa

Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake DisorderThe hospital has been specifically designed with the adolescent and young adult in mind. The interior design of the hospital is both contemporary and comfortable incorporating young people’s art.
