Our Nurses are real life health care heroes, and we are seeking compassionate people with experience of working in a hospital environment to join our integrated trust.We are offering a rotational programme starting from September,giving you preceptorship and career mentoring with placements inmedicine, ED, ITU, acute admission areas with a possible final rotaton post into a band 6 specialist/leadership role.As a fully integrated trust going through a merger with Yeovil District Hospital, we can offer a collaborative approach to your career with us, meaning if you so choose, there would be opportunities to rotate across all sites and directorates to ensure your skills and knowledge are as broad as they possibly can be.
