A Multinational Design practice specialising in integrating bespoke devices based in Dorset is looking for a New Product Introduction Engineer to join a high-performing team permanently with a salary of up to £35,000 on offer. What does the role entail? As the NPI engineer of the team, you will be reporting to the Design Manager but working with a range of others as you will be responsible for the complete processing of New projects through a constantly evolving development programme, you will ensure all items within the New projects are clear, concise, delivered on time, cost, and quality and in line with the project requirements. You will be working alongside and assisted by the Design department which includes a Senior Hardware manager and a UK supply chain manager. You will also, provide excellent communication to the sales and design teams to ensure excellent feedback on the functionality, performance, and specifications. What skills will you have? To be progressed for this NPI Engineer role you will ideally have worked within a similar role as the one listed above, on top of this you will be a team player, as well as having a strong technical experience in Solid Works or a similar CAD programme as well as an understanding of Sage MRP and PDM. You will have experience working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines while ensuring a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate would have worked a key role under customer specifications and high scale and volume. What is on offer?
