Based in Brighton - £24,000 per annum + benefits + guaranteed commission -OTE £35,000 IN YEAR ONE

We are looking for sales focused individuals, who are self-motivated and driven, and who have the determination and hunger to succeed.

Join this market leader located near Brighton as they expand their outbound sales team. The existing team are highly successful and motivated, driven by an entrepreneurial leadership team. As a company they believe that employee engagement is key to their success.

Description

Your responsibilities as Internal Sales Executive will include:
  • Identify new markets and new business sales opportunities passing on information to the relevant internal team
  • Answer any customer queries relating to requests for information
  • Keep in regular contact with key customers building and nurturing relationships
  • Track competitor analysis and client reviews
The successful candidates will have the following skills and experience
  • Previous sales experience or desire to further develop career in sales
  • Previous experience in customer service or Inside sales
  • Driven to achieve and exceed targets .
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills, thrive in a team environment
This is not a call centre position; no dialling system and you will be treated as an integral part of the new business team and be rewarded in line with company growth and personal performance. Guaranteed commission structure agreed from the outset.
