Morgan McKinley’s Office Support team are recruiting for a Permanent Internal Recruiter position to work with our client based in Caterham. The main purpose is to provide and drive the end-to-end recruitment process across the business and delivering highly effective attraction and sourcing strategies.

SALARY up to £45,000k plus great benefits

Company offers Hybrid working hours.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and resourcing solutions and avenues for candidate generation.
  • Identify candidates by utilising multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events and recruitment fairs.
  • Manage the resourcing, recruitment and selection process for all Apprentices, Undergraduate and Graduate roles across the Company.
  • Organise and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing applications, screening calls where applicable, providing hiring managers with shortlist of candidates and coordinating interview arrangements.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and manage the preferred supplier list (PSL).
Key Skills And Experience Needed
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in Recruiting within Construction or Engineering
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact confidently with colleagues / clients at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Teams
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
