Network Engineer - Up to £45,000

I am currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud.

£35,000- £45,000 – Network Engineer – Near Chippenham

This is a permanent position and fully onsite, you must be UK based and not require Visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for on-premises and cloud-based systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
  • Work closely with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect our network from cyber threats
  • Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams as required

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent People and Communication skills
  • Experience with Juniper, Sophos, SRX ER, or UFX
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking protocols and technologies
  • Experience in designing and implementing network security measures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

My client offer a competitive salary of up to £41,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes private healthcare, pension, and a generous holiday allowance.
