Job Title: National Sales Manager Building Products

Area to be covered: National (must be based commutable to Sheffield)

(50/50 spilt office / home based position)

Remuneration: £55,000 neg (depending on experience) + £10,000 bonus

Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid company car & full benefits

The role of the National Sales Manager Building Products will involve:

National Sales Manager position selling a range of products such as: tarpaulins, sandbags, ratchet straps, bulkbags, hessian/ jute, nets and associated products

Managing and developing the existing sales team of 4/5, 3 of which are external

As well as manage your own territory and bring in circa £1m turnover

Will be giving 2 or 3 key accounts to look after to make part of that £1m

Focused on selling to builders merchants, timber merchants such as Jewons & Tarvis

The remaining portion with main & sub-contractors

Making up part of the senior management team reporting directly to Chief Executive

Huge growth potential within the role

The ideal applicant will be an National Sales Manager Building Products with:

Must have people management or senior leadership experience

Must be hands on

Must work within the builder merchant sector

Must be able to train and patience with younger staff members

Must be a forward thinker for example helping develop new product ranges

Hungry and with a desire to succeed
