Seeking to appoint customer obsessed, value creating, and growth driven National Account Managers.

Adler and Allan continues to be an established market leader in the environmental and energy-based engineering services.

As such, to support our ambition and potential, we are seeking to appoint customer obsessed, passionate, commercially minded, value creating, and growth driven National Account Managers to join our existing and expanding team.

Successful applicants will be focused on excellent commercial support for a portfolio of high value customers, adding real value and depth in our customer relationships and ensuring that customers’ needs are fulfilled.

The vacant posts will most suit individuals motivated by mutual growth and will possess and demonstrate a ‘growth mindset’. The National Account Managers will be energised by achieving more value for customers and return for Adler & Allan.

National Account Manager

Role

Key aspects and focus of the role will be as follows

The National Account Manager will manage the key stakeholder and contract relationship of a portfolio national accounts within a defined market sector to achieve.
  • Contracted sales, gross margin, and EBITDA growth targets through additions to services scope and new business units within national accounts within the defined market sector.
  • Professional liaison and guidance of the regional and central operational, technical, management and marketing teams for the benefit of optimising sales & margin achievement and contract KPI achievement within national accounts supported by detailed account growth plans.
  • Lead new contract and contract renewal negotiations with national accounts utilising all of the business resources including closely working with the company Bids & Tenders resources
  • Be a centre of competence in implementing, deploying, and coordinating business resource to large accounts for the benefit of securing the relationship and growth opportunities.
  • Drive and secure new business opportunities for Adler & Allan companies and BU’s within a defined industry sector where the opportunity is of large growth potential and national.
  • Utilising a growing knowledge and experience of customers mechanical & electrical engineering, energy infrastructure management and environmental management needs in order that the full company’s services are deployed to secure profitable supplier contracts and growth whilst meeting customer expectations.
  • Perform as the commercial lead for Adler & Allan the for the benefit of securing new business relationships at senior levels within the defined market sector.
  • Develop and convert a strong validated pipeline of realisable suspect and prospect opportunities into realised invoiced work quickly and efficiently.
  • Closely manage the aged debt of defined customers within the defined market sector.
