Warehouse Operative and Van Driver

Broughton Astley LE9

Day Shift between the hours of 08:00-17:30, Friday 16:00 finish (40 hours per week)

Pay rate DOE

Overtime offered at x1.5 basic rate

We are currently hiring for a multiskilled operative to join a friendly and positive family run business in the South Leicestershire area.

You will be working in a team of approximately 20 people, working the dream Monday-Friday day shift.

The end products are not large and need to be handled with care and great attention to detail.

This is a role where you will receive lots of training, duties will include:

Unloading and receiving goods

Booking stock into the system

Stock control and relocation

Picking and packing of orders

Driving the company van to deliver to customers (Mainly: Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, South Yorkshire)

Occasional lifting of up to 20kg may be required.What do I need to be considered?

A solid CV, showing commitment to a workplace

Previous warehouse experience

Any MHE experience is beneficial but not essential (Reach, Counterbalance, Pivot Steer/Bendi)

Computer literate

Fantastic communication skills

Clean, UK drivers licence

Over the age of 21 due to company vehicle insurance

Local to LE9 - Commutable from South Leicestershire villages, Lutterworth, Hinckley etc.What will I get in return?
