In the UK, it is best known for Bonne Maman, a simple, high quality, wholly natural product now leading the conserve market and rapidly gaining share in chilled desserts and yoghurt.The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer that will be based at our Oldford office:*The Role & Responsibilities*Join our friendly and profession engineering team working within our Process Dept to:
  • Attend machine breakdowns and provide effective measures to ensure issues are resolved
  • Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies.
  • Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements
  • Provide correct and effective communication to all ‘Stakeholders’
  • Generate and complete work orders
  • Participate in shift hand-overs and production meetings
  • Help develop and implement effective PM schedules
  • Support and achieve the engineering KPI’s

  • Multi-skilled automation skills on packing equipment or equivalent
  • Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills
  • Experience of working in a FMCG environment
  • Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working
