Multi-site Team Manager

Your people management skills are key to your success in this senior and important role. As a champion of the company-culture you will manage your own team to deliver outstanding service to a diverse customer base. You will drive standards and behaviours through the business as a whole, raising standards with a kind but firm manner. Representing the business internally and externally you will need the confidence to manage the day-to-day operations and issues to ensure expected standards are exceeded. You will be a valued contributor for improving and implementing processes and systems and you will be an operational component of the senior leadership team.

Our client is a multi-site service provider, with a clear approach to delivery and standards. They are looking to bring an excellence of service delivery for their customers through the front of house team. A local market leader with a strong culture and an appetite for growth and success. A Typical Day

Ensuring appropriate schedules are issued

Addressing any team or performance issues

Managing customer service, feedback and challenges

Ensuring each site is performing and achieving KPI’s

Reviewing standards and having the eye to ensure everyone is on track (across the business).

Planning ahead to ensure the challenges of tomorrow are solved today.

Must Have

A track record of inspiring teams to maintain and exceed KPI’s

An empathic but direct approach

High attention to detail and the passion to ensure this is communicated.

Organisation and confidence with a ‘can do, will do’ attitude.

The confidence to ensure all teams represent the business in line with the culture.

Great people management skills (from day-to-day, appraisals and performance reviews)

A general commercial awareness, working with budgets and KPI’s

Drive and ambition with the polite assertiveness to succeed.
