Our client, a distribution company, is looking for a Multi Modal Operator & Customs Clerk to join their team in Plymouth.
Duties Of The Multi Modal Operator & Customs Clerk
Arranging start to finish import and export operations by air, sea and road Arranging payment of freight Maintaining communication with own clients through all phases of shipment journey Liaise regularly with overseas offices, partners, agents & clients Liaise with warehouse dept. to ensure goods are booked into the warehouse prior to arrival Prepare & provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment standard operating procedures Customs clearance Experience required for the Multi Modal Operator & Customs Clerk role:
