THE ROLE:

As a Mortgage & Compliance Manager, you will provide guidance and compliance leadership for the firm.

In specific, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Highlight any situations that pose substantial compliance
  • Conduct mortgage risk
  • Work closely with your manager to ensure AML processes are implemented throughout the business
  • Oversee KYC and AML checks
  • Provide regulatory and legislative training to your staff

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Mortgage & Compliance Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong background in mortgaging
  • At least 7 years experience in Compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of MCOB
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with co-workers
