A leading Mortgage brokerage are currently recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join it’s expanding operation based in Hull.

The business is a fast growing, successful organisation that is growing from strength to strength, offering fantastic opportunities for development. We specialise in mortgages, life protection and secured loans. The location is easily accessible by all transport links and is set within an impressive, modern office space.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Mortgage Advisor’s, processing their cases through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties For The Role
  • Processing and submitting of mortgage applications from application to completion
  • Liaise with advisers, product providers and clients via telephone, letter and email on associated administration
  • Ensure work-flow is completed in a timely manner with accurate, appropriate responses and updates to all correspondence/calls and enquiries
  • Track progress of business with lender / provider obtaining updates when required
  • Produce invoice for broker fees and issuing to clients
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer experience
Key Skills And Experience
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Hard-working and enthusiastic
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Have an understanding and experience of the mortgage admin processes and regulations
  • Have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
