Continental Facilities Management Group (Security Department) require Mobile Patrol Security Officer to work within an existing security team supporting our prestigious contracts and clients. Applicants should be experienced team players over the age of 25, reliable and quick-thinking, confident, motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail and ownership qualities. Applicants must be in possession of a Full UK Driving licence (Manual), clean with no penalty points, held for over 1 year. An opportunity for;

This individual must have the ability to work on their own initiatives whilst adhering to company policy and procedures as part of our office-based customer service role managed through a dedicated operations team.

You will be required to liaise with our own security teams, joint service partners and clients in the field. A key part of this role will be responding to alarm calls, dealing with and managing requests and tasks directed through the control room.

You will need to have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills.

You must have experience of controlling and responding to a variety of scenarios as and when they arise whilst de-escalating and managing incidents in accordance with company operating procedures.

It is vital that applicants must be able to think and act quickly in order to achieve the best outcome in any given situation. Common sense is vital along with a calm and methodical approach.

Duties will include but are not limited to;

• Liaise on a daily basis with staff, clients and operational management teams;

• Support the fulfilment of the contracted/business objectives, through the range of duty assignments which will involve security and support duties;

• Working as part of a team to provide conflict resolution at client premises where there is potential for conflict;

• Ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ buildings and assets by carrying out all duties in full adherence with the site assignment instructions;

• Conduct patrols of sites to ensure safety of building, staff and visitors.

• Write detailed and accurate daily reports & incident reports.

• This role is hands-on and will require involvement in issues on an hourly/daily basis.

Mandatory Requirements;

• SIA Front Line Licence
• DBS
• Clean Driving Licence

• Previous mobile patrol experience
• Meticulous and situational awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of following complex instructions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to participate in the company’s screening process, criminal background investigation and previous employment history
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
