We are looking for Mixing Room Operatives to join our growing Team in our coated ambient Factory in Grantham on the day shift. This role operates on Monday to Friday/Sunday to Thursday, 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 on a rotating basis.The Mixing Room Operative is responsible for decanting of ingredients into the designated weights and operating multiple machines to convert to a preparation stage for each recipe. This is a physical role including regular manual handling.Don’t worry if you do not have experience because we will provide all the training you will need to succeed!
