SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a MIS Analyst for a Manufacturing company in Grantham on a permanent basis, full time office based.

My client is looking for an experienced analyst, to conduct financial data analysis, prepare & present reports to key stakeholders, whilst carrying out the responsibilities of a Business Partner. The position holder will support in assisting finance decisions and be an asset to financial data communication at all levels.

Job duties:
  • Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
  • Creation, preparation, and presentation of key financial data to assist with all stakeholders, including business partnering to assist in business growth, contract management and financial decision making.
  • Assist in the financial analysis for decision-making, including project appraisal, evaluation, and post-implementation analysis
  • Ongoing review of cash flow, providing detailed reports.
  • Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data
  • Use spreadsheets and sophisticated calculation software to gather and record financial information.
  • Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
  • Analyse financial information for trends and errors
  • Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
  • Carry out slow moving stock analysis & MER Reports
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations

The ideal candidate will have the following:
  • Part Qualified (At the end of your studies) or QBE
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a Finance Team
  • Strong Financial knowledge and experience
