OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Plumber to join our Maintenance Team here at the Celtic Collection.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for an experienced Plumber who enjoys being part of a team. Under the direction of the Facilities Manager you will plan the preventative maintenance of the Resort’s plumbing water and sewerage systems, Inspects plant, plant rooms and guest areas to identify problems. You will co-ordinate with Facilities Manager to ensure all plumbing is well maintained, to include water and waste pipes and associated plant and equipment, cooling towers and swimming pool associated plant and equipment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will ensures all plumbing systems within the Resort are in a safe and serviceable condition and does not pose a health and safety risk to staff or site visitors. As part of the team you will be part of an On-Call rota system and responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of all keys in the department.

To have a sound working knowledge of the following systems and procedures:-

a. Resort Fire Alarm System – including testing, operation, policy & procedures

b. Resort lift and escalator systems – including rescue of stranding persons

c. Competent in the use of portable tools such as drills, grinders, extension leads, etc

d. Writing out detailed purchase requisitions for all consumable items

e. Competent with PC applications such as Lotus notes (email) word and Excel
