OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated, highly organised and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at Cardiff’s newest and most prestigious hotel!

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
This very important role requires a strong character with a passion for delivering a quality service, as well as ensuring the standards of work provided meet the highest levels.
Evidence of excellent people management skills is essential as is the ability to organise, inspire and lead a team.
You will have 3 years experience in a similar role in a guest focused environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will organising and implementing the maintenance and upkeep of the capital investment and building fabric of the hotel. Maintaining the hotels services, gas, water, electricity and drainage, the contents of the building, equipment, grounds and back of house areas, by carrying out routine planned maintenance of the building. The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in a good and safe condition.
