Mechanical maintenance engineersDouble DaysNantwich£38,000 - £42,000We are looking for an Mechanical maintenance engineer for our high performing Engineering Department at our UK HQ!Are you currently an Mechanical engineer or Mechanical fitter looking to work in a fast paced and proactive environment?The CompanyCovering our large UK Manufacturing site, you will support the engineering manager in Maintaining, repairing and improvement the onsite machineryThe RoleMechanical planned and preventative maintenance, Repairs, Projects and Continuous improvements. Working as part of a team and adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.What we are looking forCompleted mechanical apprenticeship- Experience gained in an industrial environment desirable
  • Skilled and experienced at welding (MIG, TIG, ARC) and fabricating
  • Experience in working with motors and gearboxes
  • General knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Ability to change chains and sprockets and to calculate the correct RPM
  • Good communication skills, good command of spoken and written English
  • Good numeracy and literacy
  • Valid driving licence
