The school believe in valuing each individual’s unique abilities and challenges, and they are committed to providing a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive environment.Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Maths Teacher or Tutor to join a passionate team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping the pupils achieve their full potential in mathematics. The role involves providing one-on-one tutoring and teaching small groups of no more than 4 pupils, focusing on both primary and GCSE level maths.Key Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one tutoring in maths to pupils with SEN needs.Teach small groups of no more than 4 pupils, tailoring lessons to their abilities and needs.Collaborate with the school’s multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised education plans.Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.Requirements:Experience tutoring or teaching maths to children or young people with SEN needs is essential.Teaching Qualifications Are Desirable But Not Essential.Passion for working with pupils with diverse needs and abilities.Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work full-time or part-time depending on availability.Working
Hours: are between 8.30am and 3.30pm, to be agreed upon with the school
