Primary SEN TA needed - ASAP Are you looking for the next step in your Teaching career? Are you passionate about helping students achieve their potential? Looking to develop you range of SEN assistance experience? We have a current role available for a SEN TA in Enfield working with students across Key stage1. The role is supporting a student with ASC and MLD requirements. They are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging staff member to join the team and assist the teacher in delivering national curriculum effectively. The school has an inclusive approach to its teaching and is looking for someone to extend this in their work, valuing a kind, welcoming, team player approach. The role of a special needs and education LSA is a highly rewarding one, it will involve teaching classes within an agreed system of supervision and within a pre-determined lesson framework, supporting students within lessons and helping with the target interventions. It also means nurturing a 1-2-1 support role with a student garnering an inclusive working environment. The school requires previous experience working with SEN needs for the right candidate. The school is a mainstream Primary so some additional help across general cover may also be require don occasion.
