The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Teacher or Instructor with a specialization in Mathematics to collaborate closely with our Teaching and Support staff within the secondary phase. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of classroom activities and supporting the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
  • Provide specialized support in Mathematics, offering assistance to students as needed.
  • Collaborate with Teaching and Support staff to maintain high educational standards.
  • Commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with additional needs.
  • Work 5 days a week, 37 hours with a 30-minute break daily, during term time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Mathematics, ideally with relevant educational qualifications.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to follow direction from other members of the staff team.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
