We are currently recruiting for a Web & Marketing Assistant to sit within our Administration team at TWM.

Role Description of the Marketing Assistant:

The Marketing Assistant will also be responsible for the administration and management of a number of our marketing activities and web based tour uploads and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant:

* Supporting the director on the delivery of online marketing campaigns to support candidate and client retention and attraction strategies across the marketing mix

* Producing regular high-quality content, including social media campaigns, surveys, website articles, case studies, presentations and market updates as part of marketing campaign delivery

* Working with Company Directors to deliver UK and division-specific campaigns including the design of these

* Utilising design tools for collateral production, including the Adobe Design and CC Express suite to produce high-quality campaign assets

* Using an industry leading CMS system, publishing new content and delivering optimisation projects to benefit our SEO strategy

* Working with a market-leading automation platform, delivering multi-step email marketing campaigns, measuring results and implementing learnings into new campaigns

* Helping to deliver large scale campaigns within a set timescale and within brand to a successful conclusion

* Using marketing reporting tools to analyse marketing campaign performance, ROI and company performance, including Google Analytics.

* Delivering client advertising campaigns, including social media advertising, targeted mail lists.

* Ensuring all web uploads are completed and presentable to the customer eye.

* Updating our website to contain the best content and ensure targets on online sales are at the best of their ability.
