We are recruiting for a Hotel & Contracts Administrative Assistant on a Permanent basis for our Company Holiday company based in Merthyr Tydfil.
The role itself will be for Hotel & Contracting and you will help the Admin Department to effectively enforce contracts made with suppliers and contractors.
You will ensure all Hotel and Attraction Contracts are filed electronically and using the appropriate systems plus deal with our Suppliers on a daily basis.
Contract administrative assistants need a keen attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills and experience of reviewing documents including but not limited to Terms and Conditions of the contract, and ensuring the correct Agreements.
You must have a keen eye for detail to ensure the legal terms of the contracts are followed and actioned as appropriate with hotel rooming lists, confirmation of numbers, and any cancellation with the supplier.
Hourly rate dependent on experience
