We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join us and be responsible for all aspects of marketing in a fast paced, customer driven environment.

The Purpose Of This Role

Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams as well as our digital marketing channels, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing all marketing activity to support and drive new business generation, customer engagement campaigns and brand development across both FTH and our sister company CPS.
Key responsibilities
  • Be the owner of the company brands.
  • Implement a social media program that supports the marketing plan goals, sales goals, hire hub operations and company positioning/culture. Build a substantial and engaged social contact base.
  • Responsible for all the content generation to achieve website traffic targets through social media platforms.
  • Manage the websites and update and develop copy, product imagery and add simple pages as required.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise website SEO, PPC as well as CRM campaigns and report on effectiveness.
  • Participate in the development of the company marketing plan and be accountable for the execution.
  • Execute campaigns defined within group marketing plan to time, budget and ROI reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Input to the marketing budget, manage marketing expenditure to the agreed budget and ROI levels.
  • Ensure that Hubs are consistently branded and work with local hub teams to maximise footfall and shop sales.
  • Manage the production of the product range brochure and other printed materials.
  • Build a regular customer communication plan, implement this centrally and via local Hire Hubs.
  • Work with Sales and Operations teams to support local promotional initiatives, including the development of new promotional material as required.
Key Accountabilities
  • Web site performance (visits, bounce rates, conversion rates, revenue)
  • Social Media, activity levels, likes, shares, engagement
  • Marketing plan, sales alignment, leads generated, new customers added, sales feedback.
  • Budget, Adherence to agreed budgets, ROI.
  • Brand, brand consistency in materials and customer engagement. Brand use by the entire company
  • Communications, number of customer contacts, customer engagement
  • Management, team and supplier performance, value for money and productivity
Essential Knowledge And Skills
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in similar roles.
  • A recognised marketing qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience and understanding of marketing planning and ROMI.
  • Solid CMS knowledge, able to adjust and manage E-Commerce sites.
  • Familiarity with social media channels and tools
  • Able to write excellent quality copy and social posts without supervision.
  • Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, email and customer engagement platforms
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, initiative, drive and enthusiasm (a ’can do’ attitude).
  • Strong sales affinity, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with members of the hire desk and sales teams.
  • Positive, responsive, energetic outgoing and good at making things happen without detailed supervision
