We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our creative and relaxed team based in the Cheshire area. We are looking for someone who excellent relationships skills, has a strong 360 marketing background including digital and who has a strategic mindset. Your main responsibility is managing social media, SEO and content marketing, you will be working and managing client accounts and their marketing campaigns.

We offer hybrid working / 3 days office but ideally want someone who is local

Must be based in the UK

Responsibilities

· Executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns

· Managing social media activities

· SEO management/ strategies for clients

· Creating content / including video and graphics

· Website management

· Email marketing

· Creating content for marketing campaigns

· PR

· Networking

Qualifications / Skillset

· Marketing / Digital Marketing/ or similar Degree advantageous

· Or experience in a similar role

· Construction / property industry advantageous

· Management skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· SEO knowledge

· Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign/ Illustrator etc)

· Experience in managing social media campaigns

Salary / Benefits

· Salary 38-45k depending on experience

· Pension
