Due to ongoing growth in the company over the last 5 years, and the onboarding of new brand and retail partners we are expanding our Marketing team. We are looking for 2 dynamic and action-oriented Marketing Managers to join our team.

Our Marketing Managers will be responsible for executing activations in support of overall brand plans across B2C, Drop Ship and Wholesale routes-to-market for owned, exclusive and non-exclusive brands. This will include working with some of our key partner brands such as Hush Puppies, The Original Muck Boot, Hi Tech, CAT, Dunlop, Dickies, Timberland and our own brands Cotswold or Amblers and alongside our Retail Partners ranging from Next and Very to Screwfix and Mole Valley Farmers.

What will the Marketing Manager role entail?

Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be an expert in interpreting brand-down objectives and executing activations in support of brand marketing strategies for owned and exclusive brands. You will devise content plans and channel briefs for internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for successfully delivering activities in-line with commercial objectives.

·Devise and execute brand activations across all routes to market for key brands within the Gardiners portfolio.

·Be the day-to-day point of contact for lifestyle brands for all stakeholders.

·Assist in the provision of assets to digital teams.

·Work closely with the Gardiners B2C team in ensuring activation plans are executed effectively across mono and multi-brand websites.

·Support sales teams in working with key retail partners to drive sell-out through innovative trade marketing activities.

·Ensure trade partners have the appropriate toolkit to drive sell-out.

·Manage agencies where applicable on organic social media activity and where no agencies exist, manage the production, curation, and community management across channels.

·Engage with influencers and style setters both paid and unpaid forging brand awareness opportunities.

As part of a Marketing team, you will be key in driving revenue and brand awareness for all brands within your portfolio, with KPIs defined by the Head of Brand Marketing.
