We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. Here you will own the lifecycle management of Signature Management and Power’s (SMaP) products and capabilities. Naturally, you will ensure the smooth running of all related business processes within the BD function. To steer the future direction of the business and be the key interface between the internal and external customers and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities of Marketing Manager

  • Lifecycle product / system capability management
  • Market based roadmap creation/ management working closely with the CTO and BD teams
  • Key link between the BD team and engineering / programmes
  • P&L accountability for products and services
  • Pricing level determination
  • Forecast co-ordination and lead
  • Bid and proposal co-ordination and lead
  • Lead the input to the annual strategic planning process
  • Exhibition and marketing communications lead
  • Market intelligence lead
  • Overall Bid lead ensuring consistency of approach
  • May act as deputy for S&M Director
  • Gaining and maintaining a perspective of the Ultra’s position in the marketplace, and identify disruptive technology or services
  • Application of Ultra’s culture and behaviours throughout the BD processes
  • Acting as the “voice of the customer” internally to develop a Price to Win, inform and support the development of attractive and compelling proposals
  • Ad-hoc reporting as required by the S&M Director
  • Meeting attendance and contribution as required
  • Stand in for the Sales and Marketing director as required
  • Must be able to obtain security clearance at SC level
