Remotely and Coventry Office | Marketing/Digital Construction | Reports to Head of Marketing

About the role:
Our Digital Construction division has become a leading UK consultancy that now supports a prestigious customer base within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector. This area of our business continues to grow significantly and therefore requires a substantial amount of support from Marketing.

We are looking to expand our marketing team and the support we can provide to the Digital Construction division by employing an ambitious new Marketing Executive. This is a pivotal role across both marketing and Digital Construction, focused on driving lead generation, achieving maximum market awareness, and providing the platform needed for continued success. The position will provide a fantastic opportunity to the successful applicant to establish themselves as part of two passionate and driven teams of industry experts who will be committed to supporting your success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and grow awareness of our Digital Construction services and products
  • Create and maintain metrics dashboards for demonstrating the value of marketing and the success of campaigns within Digital Construction
  • Work with the Digital Construction sales and technical teams to understand requirements and targets, create and define campaigns to deliver against these requirements
  • Effectively deploy technology to deliver well planned and measured campaigns – including CRM, marketing automation, social advertising etc.
  • Create marketing material to support campaigns including web content, customer case studies, blog posts, social content etc. Manage all available content to ensure product and service information is always up to date and are clearly communicated
  • Continuously strive and take steps to learn and understand the AEC marketplace and BIM, including managing your own CPD by attending events (online and physical) and keeping close to the projects being delivered by Majenta’s Technical Team
  • Work closely with the Digital Construction Sales Team to listen and gain an appreciation of the value Majenta provides to our customers and prospects. Use this information to nurture our customers and proactively seek wider opportunities within the accounts
  • Conduct market analysis and segmentation to assist in your effectiveness in your role and contribute to the wider Divisional Sales and Marketing Strategies
  • Proactively seek out wider opportunities where Digital Construction can promote services such as events, webinars, industry framework opportunities, industry bodies etc.
  • Actively seek to promote thought leadership where possible – including driving content onto multiple social media platforms and coordinating White Papers. Work effectively with the Technical and Sales Team to ensure you get the input you need to generate high quality content
  • Contribute to campaigns and projects across Majenta’s other business areas/ solutions as and when required

The ideal candidate
Experience and Qualifications (desired, not necessarily required):

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Digital marketing and campaign planning/ execution experience
  • Ability to show strong collaboration within a previous organisation (between Marketing/Sales/Technical)
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and digital marketing tools
  • Experience of creating a range of marketing content including case studies, web content, thought leadership, social content
  • Experience with using social media for business
  • Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Digital Construction (desirable not essential – training will be provided)
  • Experience in promoting value to customers and putting the customer at the heart of campaigns and strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
