The Business

My client is a market leading manufacturer. (B2B sales). As part of there continued growth and development they now require a Marketing Exec to undertake the coordination of Catalogue and Leaflet production, Digital and Social Media, Website upkeep and development.

This is a hands on nuts and bolts role within the sales and marketing department. The main part of the role is coordination and doing. It is great role for a down to earth person wanting to get involved and add value in a business like and grounded way. The job requires attending the Blandford Forum in Dorset based office 5 days per week. The company is very stable and secure.

The job role extends to

  • Producing and coordinating marketing literature including printed catalogues and brochures / leaflets.
  • Produce and coordinate company website including e-commerce.
  • Generate and drive company social media activities and plans on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Produce and coordinate the production of email campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Maintain the catalogue management system
  • Liaise with outside companies including printers and agencies.
  • Product photography and maintaining company creative database of images.

The ideal candidate will have2+ years of experience undertaking similar work in a B2B environment. Ideally they will be experienced in the use of InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud applications plus a working knowledge of a website creation tool like WordPress or Magento CMS would be ideal if possible.

A bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, graphics is not a prerequisite and can be compensated for by experience.

The job is base in beautiful Dorset UK and the candidate must be in commutable distance of Blandford Forum. The role is office based 5 days per week. No hybrid or remote option is available and the company wants candidates who are settled in the area not looking to relocate.
