About The Marketing Executive Role

They’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to work closely with their Marketing Manager who can scale up their marketing efforts and grow the audience of the company and their clients. This role requires exceptional media and marketing skills, a creative mindset, and a results-driven attitude.

You’ll be responsible for creating content optimised for conversions, that engages audiences and drives growth. They need a technical minded individual who is at home using data to develop informed strategic decisions.

The right candidate will care deeply about media production and marketing, solving for metrics, and meeting deadlines. For this role, you will maintain a variety of platforms in-house and for clients, including website pages, blogs, e-books, social media channels, email marketing and video.

Responsibilities

Website maintenance. Updating web pages, and content. Collaborating with our Marketing Manager to produce relevant resources. Webinar production. Video shooting and video editing. Photo editing and touch-ups. Monitoring leads. Working with the Marketing Manager to conduct marketing automation campaigns. Graphic design. E-book management and production.

Requirements

About the Successful Marketing Executive:

Able to meet deadlines and priorities. Strong analytical skills - the ability to create content anchored by information. Experience editing video content for various platform requirements. Experience using film equipment. An understanding of Inbound Marketing. Strong writing skills. The ability to create a cohesive narrative, write clear, accurate copy, and adapt your tone and style for different audiences and formats are required. An understanding of podcast production. A growth mindset. A complimentary skill set in another category, graphic design, or HTML/CSS, is a plus!

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Media, or Journalism
