About The Web Developer Role

Ideally, with two years of experience in front-end web development, you’re looking to move into a fast-paced role, working on multiple projects and increasing your knowledge of cutting-edge website design.
You’ll be a key member of their growing web team, delivering top-class website experiences for clients. Much of your time will be spent coding marketing assets, web pages and websites using HTML, CSS, PHP and jQuery.

Requirements
  • You’ll have two years of experience in a front-end developer role. If it’s in an agency, our Client will be more impressed, as you will be familiar with the diverse clients and fast-paced environment.
  • From those two years, they’re specifically looking for experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap and MySQL and working on some major CMS platforms (eg. WordPress or Drupal).
  • HubSpot experience is ideal but isn’t essential.
  • Familiarity with Web Design best practices in responsive design, SEO, accessibility and security.
  • Ability to write themes for Wordpress and/or Hubspot.
  • Ability to upload and migrate websites, configure DNS settings & use hosting CPanels
  • Communication skills. There is a lot of collaboration, so you are someone who enjoys working and communicating with others.
  • You’re also keen to learn new trends and opportunities within the industry to try out for our clients.
At the very least, a basic understanding of marketing would be needed as this is at the heart of what our Client does. Ideally, you love the idea of inbound marketing and Growth-Driven Design.
