A market leading global manufacturer with a strong international presence is currently recruiting for the position of a Marketing Executive. With a large market share and advanced production and development capabilities they are enjoying a prolonged period of growth and success. The company have expanded the factory off the back of further growth and development having their best year financially in 2020. The successful candidate will be a senior figure in this experienced and highly skilled marketing team, they have clear plans to grow further in the Medical device, Life Science, pharmaceutical industries.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team and take on further responsibility within the marketing function
• Be the senior person directly under the Marketing Manager, manage the day to day duties when the marketing manager is handling global strategic matters
• B2B Social Media
• Liaising with external suppliers, creative and service-related creative content production – engaging web copy, web design, brochure creation, scriptwriting for video production, social media graphics
• Google Ads
• Competitor analysis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• You will need work experience within the Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Healthcare industries – this is essential
• Proficiency working with a range of diverse projects
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic – able to work with minimal supervision whilst also being a strong team player
• A high standard of written English
• Experience with content production, technical and creative
• Comfortable turning complex scientific content into relevant marketing messaging
• At least 3 years of experience working in an in-house, B2B marketing environment
• A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similar
