MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (REAL ESTATE)

Based in Leeds, Manchester Birmingham or Cardiff, one of the largest full service law firms in the world is looking for a bright and motivated Marketing & Business Development Manager to support their Real Estate practice. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career in an environment that is supportive and creative. Working closely with the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager, the role holder will support the firm’s ambitious growth plans by executing the marketing and communications plan to enhance the profile of and win mandates for the Real Estate practice. Whilst supporting junior team members, the Marketing & Business Development Manager will identify business leads and assist key partners and stakeholders in client targeting and business development initiatives. On the marketing side, the successful applicant’s key responsibilities will include events management, the delivery of campaigns and the development of best in class, product based sales collateral. Proactive, enthusiastic, professional, personable and flexible, the ideal candidate will have prior experience in a marketing role, ideally within a professional services environment. The Marketing & Business Development Manager will also have outstanding analytical skills, excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. A strong ability to prioritise activities and a demonstrated understanding of the market will also be essential.
