Job Description

The main responsibilities for the Marketing Assistant:

• Creating and curate high quality content for social media channels, including text, images, videos and info-graphics aligning with brand guidelines.
• Manage day to day social media activities.
• Scheduling and publishing posts and monitoring comments messages, engaging with followers to build and maintain a strong community.
• Supporting the global sales team by creating marketing material.
• Working closely with the marketing to help them enhance the corporate and ecommerce websites.
• Supporting the organisation of international trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would look like:

• Passionate about social media.
• Excellent copy writing and proof-reading skills.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint or Canva.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar inbound marketing software preferable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines.
• Great organisation skills.
