Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective presentation of product, promotion, and brand messages through POS.
  • Support program delivery, including communication, delivery, and addressing queries.
  • Create schedules aligned with product and promotion launch dates, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop accurate print specifications and provide briefs.
  • Negotiate cost-effective print solutions without compromising quality.
  • Manage POS jobs within budget, tracking costs.
  • Act as a point of contact for POS queries and provide feedback and solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels on ordering platforms.
  • Assist in preparing samples for photo shoots.
  • Create clear guidance and best practice packs.
  • Maintain marketing calendars for POS activities.
  • Support the development of POS schemes for store development and new projects.
  • Visit stores for launches and provide store-specific POS materials.
  • Establish strong relationships with Regional and Store managers.
  • Collaborate for consistency between online and offline POS.
  • Copywrite POS materials and create tickets as needed.
  • Provide support across other marketing functions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Successfully delivered timely and budget-friendly POS with minimal errors.
  • Generated strong sales through effective and commercial POS.
  • Contributed to customer database growth in line with targets.
  • Collaborated with store teams, designers/artworkers, print buyers and printers, buying/merchandising teams, and VM/store development teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experienced in project planning.
  • Copywriting skills.
  • POS experience, including promotions and events.
