Role Brief

If you are looking to start your career in marketing, we want to hear from you. We are looking for someone to coordinate and manage the internal and external marketing process from concept to campaign execution as well as bringing their own creative flair to our growing marketing department. We are seeking to appoint a passionate marketing assistant to help shape, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all our brands.

Reporting To

Marketing Manager

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team, updating and maintaining the brands printed and digital marketing collateral across all our channels, websites (UK and international), social media presence, email campaigns, analytics, CRM and trade shows. We have an established network of external agencies across, digital, print, creative and design which you will also be required to liaise with directly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the annual design, production, and distribution of brand brochures and colour cards.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing team and other areas of the business.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to support UK and EU Distributors with campaigns and activities in line with agreed marketing plans.
• Event preparation and attendance at UK and EU tradeshows and industry events.
• Checking copy and helping write editorials for industry magazines as well as coordinating advertising opportunities.
• Responding to direct customer/agency/distributor enquiries/emails.
• Involvement in tracking and reporting on marketing email campaigns (Hubspot).
• Prepare and arrange samples for photoshoots and events
• Support the digital marketing executives in the delivery of the company’s social media strategy
• Manage and organise marketing stock and garments in the warehouse

Requirements

• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage tasks independently.
• Passion for marketing.
• Effective written/verbal communications skills.
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to effectively work alone and/or within a team environment on multiple marketing activities simultaneously.
• Numerate and pc literate with experience of all Microsoft Office products plus adobe photoshop.
• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Highly organised.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
