RT Nitro Solutions provides online and IT support services for several growing businesses across Scotland. Our team is responsible for systems support, website development, internal systems development amongst many other developing areas.
We are currently seeking an ambitious Marketing and Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about brand design and growth, with a creative flair and extensive social media and marketing knowledge.
The Position
This role will be based in our Head Office which is on Underwood Road, Paisley PA3 1TL. The hours of work will be 40 per week, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. This is a permanent role with exciting opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities include(but not limited to);
· Develop social media and digital strategies
· Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram
· Develop and manage brand building campaigns and engagement focussed content
· Write and develop for social media posts ensuring relevancy to both the client and current social climate
· Form key relationships with influencers
· Report directly to Senior Management on all client performance & satisfaction rates
· Develop engaging and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts
· Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
· Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases etc
· Creation of adverts (such as via Google and Facebook) to help promote our ever-changing product range.
Your skills
· At least 2 years’ experience in social media marketing preferred (in-house or agency)
· Experience with using Google ads/Facebook ads
· A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising, branding and customers
· Experience managing client costs and advertising budgets and reporting this directly to Senior Management
· Will have a track record of improving the ranking and traffic of websites
· Proven ability to think strategically and think outside the box
· Have a creative eye for detail to catch errors and improve posts and advertisements
· Advert creation is a must.
