The Role:We are excited to be recruiting for a Marketing and Business Development Manager for one of the UK and Europe’s leading accounting practices based in Central London. This is a critical role in the success of the sales team. You will need to be proactive in your approach to ensure that sales and marketing work in cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be supporting the Real Estate and Construction team to shape, drive and implement business development and marketing activity.
  • You are to develop and deliver the five year strategic plan and associated implementation plan and projects
  • Advise on what core activity should be supported within agreed budgets, balancing output with ROI
  • Manage and monitor the sector budget to ensure marketing spend is accurately recorded, not overspent and used appropriately towards the strategic growth plan
  • Develop and improve all marketing activity and ensure that its focus is centred on our managed clients and managed targets, whilst being rolled out to other clients and targets as broadly as possible
  • Ensure national issues-based and solutions-led campaigns are followed up with local sector-focused partners and directors, with the support from regional BDMs
  • Mange digital marketing channels
  • Identify and utilise PR opportunities and work with the Sector PR Manager to prepare content for press releases.
  • Be proactive in bringing market trends and ideas to the business to help open doors to new work and qualify in new leads where opportunities are identified.

For this Marketing and Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Marketing and Campaign Management background
  • Ideally from the real estate or construction sector
  • Strong project management background
  • Lateral thinker and ability to persuade and influence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
