Area Sales Engineer – Process and Manufacturing Markets

The Role: The Area Sales Engineer will cover the North West region for this global manufacturer of steam solutions. This covers Liverpool, Preston, Blackpool, Wigan, Bolton, and down towards Warrington. These steam solutions include valves, pumps, cylinders, boilers, steam traps etc. Selling to a range of end users in a variety of sectors (process, manufacturing food & beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, water treatment etc) you will partner with their engineers and procurement teams to design, install, and maintain systems in their premises. In addition, as an Area Sales Engineer, you will be building relationships with a reseller network, M&E Contractors, and Consulting Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded sales professional to further their career with industry leading support.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Have a mechanical engineering & sales background (HNC or above)
• Sell an engineering related product into process/production end user environments
• Field sales track record
• A confident team player
• Full & Clean Driving licence

Salary: £40,000-45,000 DOE + 15% OTE + Car + Pension + H’care + 27 days holiday
