Title: Manufacturing Operative / Machine Operative

The Best Connection Group is looking for a Manufacturing Operative to start a temp to perm assignment for our client based in Gillingham, Kent.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating and maintaining high-tech manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensuring product quality and consistency through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Contributing to process improvements and innovation.

All the candidates must have previous manufacturing experience.

The shifts are on 4 on 4 off pattern, working 2 days then 2 nights (12 hrs each shift).
