The Opportunity

This role is key to ensure the continuous improvements of engineering tasks and processes during a transformational period of developments and efficiency gains within the Bath factory.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is placed within the engineering team where you will work together to certain deliverables.

In this role you will design, implement and document shop floor processes, considering best engineering practice throughout. You will partake in audits, technical support and problem investigations/ resolutions with a view to suggest new processes and equipment where applicable and appropriate.

This role would suit a proactive candidate who is motivated in problem solving and driving solutions forwards. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently and have an analytical mind with an eye for detail.

Experience Requirements:

  • Knowledge of LabVIEW
  • Excellent computer skills – Excel, Access, Word
  • Worked within an engineering environment

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:

  • Is approachable and able to communicate effectively
  • Happy to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
