The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of Rotork’s growth & transformation journey as Marketing in Rotork is undergoing a digital transformation. This role shall be highly visible & critical to success of all those digital initiatives. The individual within this role will have a great opportunity to lead the process & steer the initiatives to have a very positive impact on the business. It will do so by leading the marketing team, defining the overall marketing strategy & leading the digital transformation of marketing including brand integration, marketing campaigns, e-commerce & website.

You will develop and implement the Rotork corporate marketing strategy to meet short and long term business needs, manage the marketing team to deliver the marketing approach through matrix working with functional leaders, set and manage the Marketing budget, prioritising activities that will have the biggest positive impact on revenues, develop the strategy and approach to increase lead generation and develop effective PR and customer communication plans and collateral to improve Rotork brand awareness.

Major objectives will include leading the development of the corporate marketing strategy, anticipating trends, challenges and opportunities and ensuring alignment of end market plans with the wider corporate strategy.

This role will work closely with the various heads of Sales, Product Marketing & Strategy functions – developing stakeholder engagement plans to support the communication of business information and decisions.

Experience Requirements:

Essential

  • Significant strategic marketing management and leadership roles (10 years), directing substantial resources over long timeframes
  • Degree or recognised qualification in appropriate field
  • Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a multinational matrix organisation
  • Experience of training and mentoring more junior staff, providing technical guidance to employees/colleagues/customers
