Duties:

1. Management accounting

Manage Finance team and oversee the work of subordinates

Prepare and reconcile the sales invoices and shipping documents

Daily manage bookkeeping systems and upload invoices to accounting software.

Daily maintain ledgers: Nominal Bank reconciliations and Purchase Ledger (invoice verification, processing and payment of invoices).

Liaise with client to deal with their queries on their accounts and prepare VAT returns.

2. Financial Report:

Prepare monthly profitability report to look for cost reduction opportunities.

Develop finance budgets and forecasts for the company based on data reports.

Continue to develop the current financial systems, policies, and procedures.

Qualification:

1. Appropriate accounting qualification (AAT/CIMA/ACA/ACCA).

2. 2+ years’ work experience in the finance and accounting field.

3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

4. Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.

5. Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills.
