Responsibilities

Hexagon PPM is seeking to hire a Manager, Talent Acquisition for our EMIA Region. In this role, you will direct a variety of programs in EMIA to ensure that the organization’s human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, organized, trained, inducted/onboarded and rewarded in accordance with organization’s human resource strategy.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and support to the EMIA Leadership Team
  • Manage talent acquisition projects which improve efficiencies for recruitment model, including talent identification, sourcing, assessment, selection, employment branding, social media, and onboarding
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Develop and implement strategies in the areas of resource planning and recruitment across EMIA to ensure we have diversity and equality
  • Build applicant sources to identify high quality candidates by utilizing social media sites, universities, and recruitment agencies (as needed)
  • Optimise the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) to manage recruiting reports, dashboards and metrics to enhance stakeholder communication
  • Be responsible for ensuring applicant experience is consistent with our brand and appropriate to the talent market in each country
  • Be an advocate for both the company and the employees, providing a constant balancing act to meet both needs successfully
  • Be an effective coach and positively influence department leaders in recruitment
  • Review key metrics and performance measures for the region such as time to hire, cost per hire and quality of hire, and making recommendations for enhancements wherever possible
  • Ensure global best practices are embedded in the region to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements and the ongoing coaching and mentoring of hiring managers and the regional HR team
  • Conduct Hiring Manager coaching in cooperation with responsible HR Business Partner and behavioural based interview training as required to enhance the quality of hiring decisions

Qualifications
  • Over 10 years in Senior Recruitment Roles with Multi-national companies
  • Strong communication both spoken and written is required. Exposure or language skills within the EMIA region highly regarded.
  • Strong systems experience with HRIS and ATS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Business Enabler and business outcomes focused
  • Leader / Influencer/ Closer
  • A self-motivator with fast learning
  • Able to handle confidential information
  • Proactive and independent thinker
  • Able to travel within EMIA
