The Manager of Global Contract Sales is a critical leader within Hach and a key member of the Commercial Service team. This position leads a highly talented team of Contract Sales associates in NA and EU to drive long-term commercial success for the services team. The position is responsible for continuing to grow service contracts revenue while executing to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by converting Hach hardware customers to services customers post sale. This position executes service strategy and works collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize the effectiveness of our overall service sales channels and deliver goals and objectives. This position can be 100% remote.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide leadership and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver company objectives, including but not limited to:

Leadership
  • Build and develop a highly engaged, high-performing, growth-oriented team using Danaher Development for Growth and Performance for Growth tools
  • Ensure the team is doing the rights things (focusing on the critical few) and doing things right (leveraging DBS and best demonstrated practices)
  • Motivate associates and promote engagement through clear, transparent communication, linking performance to service strategy and vision
  • Proactively support change management, problem resolution and continuous improvement, serving as a role model for innovation and transformation
Growth
  • Partner with Service Leadership team to implement sales strategies/plans to drive performance
  • Manage and measure performance by using KPI’s. Problem solve and institute countermeasures where appropriate to achieve goals
  • Drive sales results by guiding the team on sales process, forecasting and Funnel Management
  • Administer compensation and incentive programs in accordance with Hach’s Sales Compensation Manager
  • Directs the resolution of complex or unusual business problems by applying critical thinking and in-depth understanding of the service contract business

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in Business with 5+ Years’ experience with service contracts, renewals, and sales
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and solid business acumen
  • Development of reports utilizing Excel and experience in systems related to service including AS400, Oracle, Salesforce.com and Service Max
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations to small and large audiences, including internal associates, external customers, and senior level leadership
  • Proven ability to utilize KPIs, goals, and objectives to drive positive change and growth
  • Ability to travel as necessary including international travel (25%)
The salary range for this role is 92K – 126K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
