Job Description
We are currently looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our growing and dynamic Business Transformation team. In a world of disruption and unprecedent change, our Business transformation team are enabling clients to successfully implement bold solutions, solving their most pressing problems.

Our Business Transformation team is recognised in the market for the quality of its people. Beyond expertise in one or more of our core consulting disciplines, you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and a talent for showing clients that we have the right solutions to their most pressing issues.

This opportunity sits within the growing and dynamic Business Advisory team, which is dedicated to enhancing clients’ performance by driving the use of information and technology through strategy, process, system, structural and behavioural change across a variety of sectors delivering service excellence within the Change Management community of practice.

Our Business Advisory team delivers transformation programmes for clients across a wide range of sectors. The programmes vary widely - covering the design and delivery of change management, including leadership coaching, mobilising people for co-creation, establishing communications and engagement networks as well as assessing and designing the organisational resilience of the team. All programmes are invariably connected with the impact of built assets on the performance of the organisation.

Key Duties Include-

Independent management of change management workstreams across the full transformation life cycle. Our engagements are widely varied but typical activities can include-
  • Visioning and change strategy development
  • Change impact and readiness assessments and planning
  • Solution design and implementation
  • Stakeholder management, communication and engagement
  • Benefits articulation, management, and realisation
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience from project mobilisation through to handover, focusing on understanding client’s needs, building lasting relationships and delivering on our promises.
  • Management of workstream resources, supporting people care, capability development and actively contributing to a high performing, inclusive culture on projects.
  • Active member of the change management community of practice, supporting continuous development of our change management approach and toolkit.
  • Supporting change management propositions, pursuits and sales.

Requirements
Our Business Transformation team is recognised in the market for the quality of its people. Beyond expertise in change management, you will need a strong intellect, the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and an ability to bring innovate and creative ideas to deliver lasting change.

You will also have the following-
  • Demonstrable track record of leading change management implementation and transformation projects (strategy to outcome) in at least one of the following sectors- Infrastructure, Transportation, Central Government, Energy, Utilities and Property.
  • Leadership of project work streams including management of consultants, analysts and client team members or comparable in an industry role.
  • Profession qualification / broad understanding of relevant change management methodology such as Lean six sigma, Agile, PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience of managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent at building both internal and client relationships.
