Your new company Hays Senior Finance are recruiting on behalf of their established & growing client within Manufacturing for a permanent Management Accountant to join their team based just outside of Dunfermline. Salary is 42,000 - 52,000 depending on experience + 30 days annual leave, hybrid working & opportunity for long term career progression. Your new role Reporting directly to the Finance Director, your role will be critical to the smooth running of many aspects within the business and will allow close collaboration with multiple teams including operations. You will complete extensive financial analysis within this position including margin, yield, cost, stock & budget analysis. You will complete month end reporting, including sales reporting, CAPEX & VAT reporting and Cost reporting. You will complete budgeting & forecasting and have extensive liaison with internal & external stakeholders. You will assist the Finance Director with any other duties / projects required including process & system improvement. What you’ll need to succeed You will be a Qualified Accountant (part qualified individuals may also be considered if you have the relevant experience) with a strong background in financial analysis and / or management accounting. Experience working within a large manufacturing / FMCG / supply chain business is highly advantageous but not essential. You will be a proactive individual with excellent IT skills (in particular Excel), have a desire to learn new skills and possess a continuous improvement mindset.
